iNovia Capital is one of Canada’s premier managers of seed and early-stage venture capital funds, with operations in both Eastern and Western Canada. We work closely with these organizations, in some cases since 2001, to identify technologies that can be successfully commercialized.

In our management teams, we look for seasoned entrepreneurs with proven track records in identifying potential, creating value and generating returns. We look for hands-on individuals, with a talent for structuring deals and quickly identifying go-to-market strategies.

Our investment approach is readily encapsulated. Knowing the importance of management, we strive to ensure that our companies are lead by first-rate entrepreneurs whose performance we assess regularly. We aim to build value quickly, having identified potential exit strategies at the outset. We are furthermore firmly convinced of the need to build globally successful companies and bring international co-investors into our deals.
